Each class begins with a supported, aligned seated asana, followed by energy balancing, light breathwork, and chanting. Sessions then progress into strengthening and balancing sequences, inversions (as appropriate), and deep relaxation.
With 25 years’ experience teaching Iyengar Yoga—and 8 years teaching online—you’ll be expertly and safely guided from the comfort of your own home.
