Shakti / Divine Feminine

Here’s some musings on wholeness and embodiment within the energy of the feminine.

🌓There is no real feminine power without wholeness.

🌓She is not only the gentle light that  gives and nurtures, but also the dark that transforms and destroys for rebirth.

The dark feminine is a core aspect of the greater feminine energy.

It lives within the feminine, not separate from it — like the moon’s shadow to her light. While the light feminine is often associated with nurturing, softness and light, the dark feminine embodies power, depth, mystery, boundaries, sexuality, transformation and death–rebirth cycles.

She is the fierce protector, the destroyer of illusions, the sacred seductress, the wild witch, the wise women.

The dark feminine and light feminine are not enemies; they are sacred counterparts. The dark feminine is the guardian of boundaries, truth and raw power.

She shows up when the light feminine — the part of us that is open, nurturing, and soft — is at risk of being used, over-given or unseen.

🪷 Light Feminine

Graceful, intuitive, open.

She gives through softness, radiance, compassion.

The maiden, the muse, the mother.

She creates through beauty, connection, storytelling and tenderness.

But when wounded she pleases, she gives too much, she fades.

🪷 Dark Feminine

Magnetic, raw, mysterious.

She holds her pain and turns it into strength.

The witch, the seductress, the wise guide.

She creates through alchemy, sexuality, destruction and rebirth.

When your dark feminine is rejected or not expressed she manipulates, controls and hides in chaos 🥴

🪷 Intersting fact/ Gabor Mate talks so wonderfully on the topic of trama and supressed emotion / he tells us that when a women is not expressing her truth fully, she is 4 x more likely to die of automimmune diseases.

🪷 for me, peronally, to walk the path of the feminine is to embrace both these energies firecly, authentically and bravely. I feel so excited and blesssed to be able to experience this time in history, where awarmness is spreading, light is gowing and women are rising!
